Chris Goeppner
Lead Pastor, Riverbank Church, White River Junction, VT
Chris Goeppner (pronounced Gep-ner) attended Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida and Word of Life Bible Institute in New York. He responded to the call of Jesus to leave his community of 20 years in South Florida to launch Riverbank Church in 2010. He and his beautiful bride, Penny have been married since 1999. In 2008, the Goeppner’s adopted their two sons, Roman and Jadon, from Siberia. Pastor Chris is a sports fanatic, a coffee connoisseur, and a self-proclaimed “beach bum”. He enjoys most flavors of music, fun days with the family, and calling New England “home”.
Justin Kendrick
Lead Pastor, Vox Church, New Haven, CT
Justin and his wife Chrisy started Vox Church with a small group of friends in 2011. Since that time, Vox Church has continued to expand to reach more cities and more people with the love of Christ. It is their dream to see churches started in every major city across the Northeast. Justin and Chrisy live with their three sons in the New Haven, CT area.
Nils Smith
Chief Strategist, Social Media + Innovation, Dunham and Company
Nils and his team help Christian ministries around the world accomplish their goals through cutting edge technologies. Prior to joining Dunham+Company, Nils served as the Innovation Pastor at Community Bible Church in San Antonio, Texas, launching the ministry of OnlineChurch.com which reached more than 15,000 online worship attendees weekly and grew an online Facebook community to more than 800,000. Nils is the author of Social Media Guide for Ministry, The Social Media Guide and Crypto for Good. He lives in New York City with his wife Katie and 2 daughters, Shelby and Emery.
There will be several opportunities during the THRIVE Cape Cod Conference to engage in prayer for what God is doing through his church on Cape Cod.
Pray For Cape Cod Prayer Meetings
On Saturday during the 10:30 am and 1:00 pm Breakout Sessions, Dr. Mamdouh Riad, Pastor Mike Allen, and other leaders from the Glory of God on Cape Cod prayer ministry (see bios below) will lead a time of focused prayer in the Prayer Room to pray in unity for thriving churches and thriving communities on Cape Cod. The meetings will include prayer for revival in the church and for salvation of the lost on Cape Cod, plus a brief exhortation on prayer and a time of musical worship.
Prayer Room
During the conference, a designated Prayer Room will be available for use by all attendees. The Prayer Room will also serve as the location for the two Pray For Cape Cod facilitated prayer meetings on Saturday. The THRIVE Prayer Room will be located in the kindergarten classroom in the "Kids Town" area on the first floor of Cape Cod Church (follow signs from the main lobby).

Dr. Mamdouh Riad, Thrive Prayer Coordinator
Dr. Mamdouh Riad serves as the THRIVE Cape Cod Prayer Coordinator and leads a team of those called to pray for the THRIVE movement throughout the year. Dr. Riad is a board-certified Internal Medicine Specialist with over 35 years of professional service, including 25 years in Hyannis. He currently serves as President and Chairman of the Board of the Cape Cod Health Network. Mamdouh leads The Glory of God on Cape Cod, a group of pastors and leaders from across the Cape, how meet to pray and pursue a vision of "coming together in humility, prayer and intercession, to seek the Lord's manifest presence among us, and the subsequent outbreak of revival and a great harvest on Cape Cod."

Pastor Mike Allen, Pray For Cape Cod Facilitator
Rev. Dr. Michael S. Allen and his wife, Annemarie, have been married for 33 years. They both found Christ through the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, as Mike played college football at East Central Oklahoma University. Mike has served on staff with Young Life, as a high school football coach in Kansas, assistant pastor and youth pastor at churches in Oklahoma, youth pastor at Grace Chapel in Lexington, MA. Mike also served as a speaker and worship leader at various camps and conferences, and now as a pastor on Cape Cod. Mike and Annemarie moved to the Cape with the express desire to plant a church for people who don't go to church. Mike has studied at Fuller Theological Seminary, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and received his Masters in Divinity at Seminary of the East. Mike earned his Doctorate (D.Min.) in preaching at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in 2017.
